This hotel is a hidden gem and in a beautiful, picturesque location beside the sea.

We were half board. Food lovely, plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and good selection of meats on offer. The grounds are lovely, well kept. There are 3 pool and an adult only pool which is fantastic. The children's pool had great facilities with three big water slides and adults can use them also - great fun! The hotel couldn't do enough if we asked, some ants in the room on arrival but no problem a spray was sent to the room immediately. We quickly realised one of our group needed a wheelchair for longer distances, no problem, Rafailia the Guest Experience Manager ensured one was sent to the room immediately. We had two rooms and asked for an extension for one room for our elderly mother until our transfer was arrived and this was granted without issue. Honestly we couldn't fault them. Exceptional service. The location is about 30/40 mins away from Corfu town which is easily accessibly by a local bus. Buy your return ticket on the bus for €2.40 each way cash.

Mosquitos, they were a nuisance. Part of the hotel property is near a river which flows into the sea and this was part of the problem. We saw lots of people with mossie bite myself and my niece included. There's not a huge amount going on around the area, although we were there at the end of the season so many places were winding down.

Beautiful territory, amazing food, cozy living and crystal water beach

Very beautiful territory surrounded by olive trees, several big swimming pools, a separate swimming pool for adults. The best of this hotel was food! 10 out of 10! We had all inclusive and enjoyed an own buffet with a big variety of meals that also changed every day! All food was really delicious! Many dishes from Greek cuisine, international cuisine, lots of meet, very good lamb and fish, sophisticated deserts of Italian, Greek and Middle Eastern types. The beach is very good and big. As the beech is very big, it feels like you are alone in the water. The location of the hotel is very good. Around there are lots of shops, cafes, souvenir shops, even a nice shisha place. The personal was very friendly and helpful! My husband had a birthday during our trip and they made for him a nice cake and helped us celebrate his birthday. Hotel offers every day entertainments with dancing and live music. I like the idea if the hotel, it consists of many small houses and villas, so it feels as if you live in a Greek village. Very cozy, quiet and also a perfect place with kids. For kids there are many entertainment and facilities available.

One needs to pay for a sun-bed and an umbrella on the beach. By the pools they are for free. I believe it shouldn’t be the case for all inclusive 4/5 star hotel. The rest is too!

High standards, wonderful service, nice gardens & swimming pools and delicious food.

Service at a sensational level - always willing to help. The experience of being cared for by Rafailia was the best in our lives. The food was delicious - a large selection every day and nothing was ever missing. A very nice hotel with facilities for both children and adults.

Minor damages to the room and level of cleanliness could be higher. The children's club could have attractions for parents with children (the child had to stay with the animator). I don't like that the property is rated 5-stars on Booking.com, but in reality it has 4.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help you. No need to bring towels from the room you get them in the spa. Food was excellent. Room cleaned every day. Numerous daily activities provided.

We travelled at the end of the season which meant a lot of the shopes were closed

Excellent place!

Our stay in Sentido Apollo Palace was truly magnificent! Everything was spot on. Excellent staff. Beautiful and well maintained gardens. Superb kitchen. Quality crafted dishes. Overall - nice end of the holiday season!

The only thing I would probably improve is to introduce a decent spa area with sauna, cold plunge pool and ice fountain.

Great place for a family holiday with designated adults only areas allowing the kids to be kids!

Buffet style restaurant always had lots of choice and food replaced, catering to different tastes and had vegan options. Good opening times and always a snack bar available in between the opening times of the restaurant. Quality of the drinks was good compared to other hotels, the cocktails are not watered down. Room was bigger than expected even with a travel cot taking up space. The kids club and entertainment team were brilliant even at the end of the season and all pools were open.

They have plenty of highchairs available in the restaurant, although most were missing straps or broken straps, This meant our 2 year old was able to climb out and is the only fault I can find from our stay.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday

Location of hotel was excellent - near the river where boats are moored for trips, and also a village feel outside the hotel. There were well stocked supermarkets - ideal for for items that are needed if you travel with just hand luggage, which we did. Our room overlooked the gardens and we could see the boats beyond that. We hired a car for 4 days through Alto car hire - a short work from the hotel and hassle free rental - would recommend. The hotel was busy but all staff were great and worked hard. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided. There was a mini fridge and kettle for tea coffee making. Pools were clean as were the pools area.

Beautiful room, great pools, amazing food, very helpful staff.

Mosquitos and wasps very bad, more wasp traps would be recommended and rooms sprayed for mosquitos in-between guests arriving.

Definitely not 5 stars!!!

The food was good, lots of variety. The animation team are excellent, and so is the beach. The pools (when all open) are great, slides are great for kids. Adult only pool was excellent too!

1. NO WiFi in the room! 2 The cleanliness and rooms. Our room was badly cleaned when we arrived, hardly cleaned throughout. The toilet seat for eg was yellow. Our sheets and blankets looked old and dirty. Room was comfy but in very bad condition. We were glad to spend all day outside. 3. Service - had to call 4 times and took 2 hours to have a blanket, took 3 days to get an iron! It’s ridiculous
